30-Day Coverage
Every installed plant is covered for the first 30 days after installation.
- Plants arrive and are installed in healthy, nursery-grade condition.
- If a plant fails within 30 days due to plant quality or installation-related issues, Green Fence Texas will replace it or provide a credit toward a replacement.
- We will inspect the site and confirm eligibility before any replacement.
After 30 days, long-term survival and growth depend on watering, weather, drainage, soil, sunlight, pests, animals, heat/freeze events, and ongoing care — those factors are not covered by this limited 30-day establishment coverage.
Contact us promptly if you notice a plant struggling during the first 30 days so we can help while the coverage applies.
